A 69-year-old woman using a walker was fatally struck in the face by a stray bullet in East Harlem Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The victim was struck once in the face near E. 110th St. and Madison Ave. about 12:25 p.m., cops said. She is believed to be an innocent bystander, police sources said.

The shooter got away and has not been caught.

Medics rushed the victim to Mount Sinai Hospital but she could not be saved, police said. Her name was not immediately released.
