Businesses will interview applicants for hundreds of positions at a massive job fair on Thursday at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the arena where the Florida Panthers play on One Panther Parkway. Job candidates can apply in person or pre-register online. Parking is free.

There will be representatives of at least 37 employers, according to a news release. They will include the Florida Panthers, Miami Dolphins, Princess Cruises, Cox Media Group Miami, New York Life Insurance, 84 Lumber, Cano Health and the United States Postal Service.

Also hiring are the police departments of Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, Boca Raton and the Seminole Tribe.
