WALLA WALLA, Wash. – A man was arrested and charged after Walla Walla police found more than 30 grams of drugs in his home following a yearlong investigation.
According to the Walla Walla Police Department, officers arrested Tucker Cole Lightfoot, 28, on Aug. 7 after executing a search warrant at a home in College Place. The warrant followed ongoing surveillance and investigative work.
Detectives said they seized 34 grams of fentanyl powder, along with digital scales, packaging materials and other drugs.
The Walla Walla County Prosecutor’s Office said that they charged Lightfoot with one count of VUCSA – delivery/manufacturing/possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, second-degree criminal mistreatment–domestic violence and unlawful use of a building for drug purposes.
