Seattle-based Johnson & Carr is set to begin construction on a 134-unit mixed-use apartment development in Seattle, according to industry reports. The project, developed in partnership with Issaquah-based Rhoadstone, an affiliate of Lakeside Industries, will rise in the city’s Eastlake neighborhood. According to King County property records, an entity affiliated with Lakeside Industries acquired the two-thirds-acre, shovel-ready site earlier this year for $8.5 million. The site, located at 2947 Eastlake Ave. E, spans about 0.62 acres of land, according to LoopNet.com, and the building, the former Eastlake Bar and Grill, totals approximately 4,129 square feet.
