According to the breaking news, the Patriots are letting go of the playmaker after requesting his release from the team, and now he gets his wish. Originally selected as an undrafted rookie in 2017, the former Eastern Washington product is already receiving interest from teams as he's arguably one of the top and cheapest available offensive playmakers. The San Francisco 49ers are reportedly looking into Bourne, and this makes a ton of sense given that this is where he started his career.
