Sexual assault allegations against Smokey Robinson are now under review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, NBC4 Investigates learned Wednesday.
The District Attorney's Office confirmed with NBC4 Investigates that it is currently examining the report filed by the LA County Sheriff's Department before deciding whether to officially file charges against the singer.

The special victims bureau of the LA County Sheriff’s Department turned over the cases to the District Attorney’s Office after it completed its own investigation into the accusations made by the four former employees of the Motown legend and his wife Frances Robinson.
The three women were identified as housekeepers who worked for the
