GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY — A Mesick man has been arrested and charged following a Michigan State Police investigation into alleged stalking in Traverse City.
Troopers from the MSP Traverse City Post said 50-year-old Randy Wilson threatened the victim over the phone and later made threats to harm the victim at their workplace. Authorities said Wilson continued the behavior after being told to stop.
Troopers contacted Wilson at his home, where he allegedly refused to comply with verbal commands before being taken into custody and lodged at the Grand Traverse County Jail. A search warrant was executed at his residence, where police said they seized a loaded firearm.
Wilson was arraigned Aug. 25 in 86th District Court on charges of aggravated stalking, resisting and obstructing a police office
