ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - An emergency hearing is taking place in Fulton County court Wednesday regarding a complaint against the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.

The court hearing, which was scheduled for 10 a.m., requires defendants to bring a copy of any commission meeting minutes held since the last day in court.
