BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- A 20-year-old Birmingham man was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred earlier in August.
According to the Birmingham Police Department on Wednesday, Dorian Talley is charged with capital murder. Talley is accused of killing Quindarius Allen, who was found shot inside a vehicle in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue North around 12:15 a.m. Aug. 12.
Allen, who lived in Birmingham, was 26. There was another man inside the vehicle who was suffering from life-threatening injuries. Talley is also facing the charges of attempted murder and hindering prosecution.
Talley was transported to the Jefferson County Jail and held under no bond.
