The drama in Hamtramck continues to unfold.

On Tuesday night, following a closed session, the Hamtramck City Council voted 5-0 to fire suspended City Manager Max Garbarino. It also recommended—without a vote—that the acting city manager fire Police Chief Jamiel Altaheri and Police Officer Dave Adamczyk, the Hamtramck Review reports. All three had been on leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation into allegations of misconduct.

A 59-page report by the law firm Miller Johnson, which was hired by the city council, found wrongdoing on the part of all three men and recommended their termination.
