PORTLAND, Ore. — A youth camp employee accused of sexual misconduct by multiple staff members at the camp was arrested Aug. 21 at his Portland home, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said .
The suspect, 28-year-old Zackary Perry, who worked at Camp Caldera , faces multiple charges, including first-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and second-degree sexual abuse — all felonies — as well as third-degree sexual abuse, fourth-degree assault and harassment, all misdemeanors.
The investigation into Perry began Aug. 12 when a deputy responded to an initial report of sexual misconduct against a camp employee. The deputy met with several alleged victims, who gave detailed statements referring to the suspect as "Bear," later confirmed by law enforc
