BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Flags are flying at half-staff out of respect for the victims of the Wednesday morning shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis.

Gov. Kelly Armstrong has directed that all U.S. and N.D. flags be flown at half-staff until sunset, Aug. 31.
“Kjersti and I are heartbroken for our neighbors in Minnesota and praying for the victims of the unspeakable act of violence at Annunciation Catholic School and their families,” Armstrong said in a statement. “We are grateful for the first responders and medical professionals caring for the victims.”
