FORT MILL, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A driver was killed in a crash on the west side of Fort Mill Wednesday morning.
According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, a Chrysler sedan was traveling east on S.C. Highway 460 near the intersection with S.C. 160. Around 11:20 a.m., the vehicle drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected, cross the center line and struck a Honda Odyssey van traveling west.
The Chrysler driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and the Honda driver was transported to the hospital with injuries. The identity of either driver is unknown at this point.
The collision is under investigation by the SCHP.
