SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — An eight-county job fair organized by multiple organizations is ready to kick-start in September.
During the two-day event, employees affected by the International Paper Mill's closure and any other individuals seeking job opportunities will get to network and meet employers from eight different counties: Bryan, Bulloch, Candler, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty and Screven. All representing a wide range of industries and businesses.
Job Palooza will take place Thursday, Sept. 11, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Enmarket Arena.
