“Being from Texas, barbecue is very serious business! Every summer, my parents host a brisket cook-off where my uncles compete for a trophy. A winner is crowned, and all of the brisket is gone by the end of the night.

In season one, Kimmie would’ve brought some Uncle Remus to the barbecue that she picked up on her way because she’s always on the move. Season Two? She’s footing the bill for catering, an open bar and decor!”
