More public comments accepted on South32 Hermosa Mine permit: New minerals added to 'critical' list

After five parts of an air quality permit for the Hermosa Mine were rejected by the federal Environmental Protection Agency in May, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality public comment period for those sections opened on Monday and will run through September 25.
