TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - We have lucked out with some really nice weather over the past few days with cooler mornings and drier afternoons.

Staying nice tomorrow:

Thursday will be another nice day with less humid morning hours with a hot and dry afternoon. Temperatures top out in the upper 80s to low 90s.

Holiday weekend weather:

By Friday, showers and storms make a return to the forecast as a frontal boundary surges north with increasing tropical moisture.

The frontal boundary will linger throughout the weekend, keeping rain chances higher throughout the weekend. Morning lows a little muggier in the 70s. Afternoon highs in the middle and upper 80s.

Your Labor Day will not be a washout, but a chance for afternoon showers and storms with highs in the mid 80s.
