AUSTIN, Texas — Austin Police are investigating a break-in that happened last week at Habana Restaurant , a Cuban restaurant on South Congress. The owner said the break-in cost the business thousands of dollars.
"I mean restaurant business is hard in general, no small business owner should have to worry about this kind of thing," said T.J. Williams, the owner of Habana Restaurant.
Williams woke up to a phone call at 2 a.m. last Tuesday from APD, saying that burglars were breaking into his family's restaurant. Through security camera footage, Williams watched as the burglars left with the restaurant's safe.
