Male model, 25, mysteriously dies in Greek hotel pool as pal taken to hospital and put in coma & cops launch probe

A MALE model has been found dead in a private hotel swimming pool next to his friend who was rescued before being placed into a coma.

Yago Luiz de Campos e Silva, 25, was found dead by hotel staff with cops now launching a probe into his cause of death.

Silva, originally from Jacarei in Sao Paulo state in Brazil , was on holiday in the Ornos region of Mykonos alongside actor and adult content creator Ryan Silveira, 23.

The pair were reportedly celebrating Silva's 25th birthday when the Greek tragedy struck on Saturday 23rd.

Hotel cleaners entered the room after noticing a leak from the roof of the pair's balcony.

Inside they found the two young Brazilians inside the pool .

Both were unresponsive with Silva confirmed dead at the scene once emergency crews arrived.
