FULTON COUNTY, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Grady Memorial Hospital is taking emergency care to new heights with the launch of a new state-of-the-art medical helicopter.
Grady Air was unveiled Wednesday at Fulton County Executive Airport. The aircraft, developed in partnership with Air Methods, is designed to provide rapid emergency transport across metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
“Time is of the essence, to get them to us as soon as possible,” said Dr. Ryan Fransman, trauma surgeon and Grady Air director.
