Just one council seat for Mobile County’s barrier island town will see a returning official.

Dauphin Island residents elected a new slate of council members Tuesday, Aug. 26, with more than 760 participating in voting. The official results confirmed a new lineup, with four new members-elect. Mayor Jeff Collier also ran unopposed and will return for another four years.
