A strange string of incidents under investigation in the town of Haddam. State Police and town officials are trying to identify an individual accused of throwing objects, including water balloons at vehicles driving along route 154, specifically in the Tylerville section of town.

The town posted dashcam video of an incident from Sunday around 11 p.m. to its Facebook page and said Troop F is investigating this incident and others that have been reported to them.

In the video you can see a flash at the bottom right of the screen, which would be the impact of the water balloon, according to state police, and you can make out a person standing on the shoulder of the road.
