GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville Police Department reports a driver was arrested after backing into a patrol vehicle during a traffic stop on Wednesday.
Officers said that police initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Woodruff Road and Verdae Boulevard due to reckless driving.
The driver backed into a patrol vehicle during the stop, which led officers to order the driver out of the vehicle at gunpoint, according to police.
The driver was arrested for driving under the influence, officers said.
