SANTA CRUZ — With Seabright and Santa Cruz Harbor businesses sounding the alarm in recent months over lost revenue due to the closure of the Murray Street Bridge, the Santa Cruz City Council directed city staff to explore options to bolster affected businesses earlier this month, and they delivered their findings to the governing body at its meeting Tuesday afternoon.
