KUSI (SAN DIEGO) - The Miami Heat's newest roster addition Norman Powell hosting his 7th annual Understand the Grind youth camp at his alma mater Lincoln High School.

"It takes a village to raise a child, and everybody here is a part of my foundation. It's a family-run foundation, but everyone who's volunteered has been a part of this since day 1. They've really dedicated their time, not only to help me but to get to where I'm at but my sisters, my family. Having a family atmosphere of people that we know that has the right mindset and mission and leaving a positive impact," Powell sharing on being proud of surrounding himself and others with people from his upbringing in San Diego.
