OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - A roofing company is speaking out after being accused of not starting work that they were contracted to do.

Caryn and Paul Franson signed a contract with Evolve Construction and Restoration in November.

The Franson's say they have not been able to get in touch with anyone within the company about getting work started.

Evolve Construction and Restoration is now speaking out.

"We have to be sure that the funds are going to be available to build the project," said Alex Diaz, a representative with Evolve Construction and Restoration.

Caryn and Paul Franson called News 4 after they signed a contract with the company to replace their roof. They say they could not get a hold of anyone to see what they needed to do in order to get work started.
