(WPTA) - Governor Mike Braun has directed flags across the state of Indiana to be flown at half-staff for the Minneapolis Catholic school shooting victims.

The directive follows President Donald Trump’s order for flags across the U.S. to be lowered to half-staff at all federal buildings.

According to the governor’s office, all flags at state facilities should remain at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, August 31.

Braun also encourages Hoosiers to lower their flags to half-staff at their homes and businesses.
