Fans of “Survivor” will soon have a spot in Boston where they can try their hand at challenges from the show, participate in watch parties, and eat with other devotees of the reality-competition show.

The program announced Wednesday on Instagram that the “Survivor Ultimate Fan Cafe” will be “opening soon” in the city.

“We were inspired to create a real life destination where fans could come together and celebrate everything they love about ‘Survivor,’” host Jeff Probst said in a video. “So if you’re in the Boston area this fall, make sure and check it out.”

According to the post, the cafe will be open to all ages. Chef Becky Brown , a “Chopped” champion, will be curating a Polynesian-fusion menu for the caf
