KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man in Kingsport.

Authorities are looking for 72-year-old Dallas Crusenberry, who was last seen on Wednesday at Holston Valley Medical Center, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

He was wearing a gray t-shirt, camouflage shorts, and a blue ball cap. He is 5-foot-11, weighs around 190 pounds, and has blue eyes and gray hair.

According to the TBI, Crusenberry has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
