The Cleveland Guardians today announced the club’s 2026 season schedule, its 126th year as a charter member of the American League and the 33rd season of calling Progressive Field the home of Cleveland Guardians baseball.

The Guardians open the 2026 season with a 7-game road trip, opening with a 4-game set at Seattle (March 26-29) before traveling south to face the Los Angeles Dodgers in a 3-game series (March 30-April 1).

Cleveland’s Home Opener will take place on Friday, April 3 against the Chicago Cubs, marking just the second time in franchise history that the club will host a National League team for its Home Opener, joining April 15, 2022 when the Guardians opened against San Francisco due to a postponed start to the season.
