Senior Fairfax Co. prosecutor over 'Au pair affair' murder trial cited for public drinking

Eric Clingan, a Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Fairfax County, was issued a court summons earlier this month for drinking in public. According to multiple sources, who spoke with the 7News I-Team, this is not the first time Clingan was seen drinking in public.
