SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - More changes seem to be underway at apartment complexes owned by Tzadik Management in Sioux Falls.

In April, we told you about three Tzadik properties that were listed for sale by 605 Real Estate, including this complex on North Cleveland Avenue that was undergoing some renovations. The two other complexes for sale at that time were the Parkside Apartments on 18th Street and the Sandy Creek Apartments on Western Avenue.

"We've been working with them on restructuring their multifamily portfolio here in town," Brad Stearns, a broker at 605 Real Estate, said in April. "Obviously, they have a lot of properties; they're one of the biggest property owners for sure here in Sioux Falls. Just coming in and getting rid of a few properties, restructure what they got going
