Two things we need to think about:
First, with all the gerrymandering going on to try to control voting in the states, it may be the time for states to consider placing “disbanding the Electoral College” on a special ballot proposing a new amendment to the Constitution. Gerrymandering would cease to make a difference in presidential elections. Elections would only depend on each individual’s vote regardless of your location throughout the country.
