It was a beautiful, sunny, breezy, late-summer Sunday in Bangor. We came home from church expecting to be able to open the windows, enjoy the breeze, and relax. But can we?

No! All afternoon, with our windows and doors closed, we experienced the throbbing beat of the latest assault of the noise and disruption from the Waterfront Concert venue, and the concert didn’t even begin until 7 p.m.!
