Cited: Sheldon Purdy, no age given, 302 Belleview Blvd., dog at large, Monday, following a report of a juvenile being bitten by the dog. Police received a report of the dog emerging from Purdy’s home and biting a juvenile, who was found to have puncture wounds on her forearm. The dog has been quarantined and may be deemed a vicious dog.

Cited: Joyce Stretch, 58, 1412 State St., expired plates.

Drugs: An apparent overdose was reported in the 100 block of North Fourth Street Monday. Medical treatment and a drug treatment form were provided to the person.
