Thousands of British children could struggle in the classroom this year due to undiagnosed poor eyesight, according to new research. ‌

As millions prepare for the start of term, figures reveal that 23% of parents with kids aged four to ten have never taken their little one for an eye test. ‌

Shockingly, 36% had no idea children should have their first test around the age they start school. ‌
