Cignetti used to coach in the Sun Belt Conference before arriving with Indiana football . He’s aware of the talent on offer. And he’s intent upon making sure his Hoosiers , with all their preseason hope and expectation, doesn’t underestimate the Monarchs’ threat Saturday.
