Kemi Badenoch is facing mounting anger from her own MPs over what they see as chaotic and counter-productive messaging, with some warning it is driving voters straight into the arms of Reform UK .
The warnings come as polls show the Conservative Party continues to limp along in third place behind Labour and Reform. A recent YouGov survey put the Conservatives in third place on 17 per cent, trailing Reform by more than 11 points and Labour by just three points.
Badenoch, who became party leader last November after the general election defeat, had promised to “renew” the Conservatives. But with the anniversary of her leadership on the horizon, many MPs and aides believe her approach is failing to cut through. New Feature
