In the Atlantic, we’re still pretty quiet, but there is a new wave expected to come off the African coast over the next few days, with a low chance of tropical development.

FORECAST RAINFALL

Over the next week, we’ll see between one to two inches of rain, the brunt of which will fall Friday into Saturday.

FUTURECAST FRONT

A cool front will move into our area late Friday into Saturday. This feature will yield a good chance of wet weather, followed by less heat and humidity for the rest of the Labor Day weekend.
