Dirt is moving at the Enclave at Redwood — a 238-unit built-to-rent housing development northeast of the intersection of Redwood Street and Suniga Road.

When first proposed by DHI, the multifamily arm of DR Horton, in 2020, the north Fort Collins neighborhood was at the local forefront of the built-to-rent development concept — an increasingly popular trend where single-family homes and townhome communities are built exclusively as rentals.
