AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) - The Amarillo Sod Poodles and Texas League announced a joint effort among the league's 10 clubs to raise funds for the Ingram Little League to help rebuild local fields and programs in Kerr County, in the wake of the July flooding that devastated the region.

The Amarillo Sod Poodles and Texas League clubs partnered with support from Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, the Houston Astros, Texas Rangers and Nolan Ryan Foundation to participate in a fundraising auction for the Ingram community.

Organizers said the teams will conduct several fundraising campaigns from Aug. 29 through Sept. 12, including in-stadium and online auctions of game-used jerseys, donations of the 50/50 raffle prizes, t-shirt sales campaigns and, in some markets, firefighters pa
