The cast of Jay Kelly gathered today to celebrate their film Jay Kelly at the film’s 2025 Venice Film Festival photo call and press conference…without their lead George Clooney .

Adam Sandler , Laura Dern , Billy Crudup , and director/co-writer Noah Baumbach all posed for photos together at the event held on Thursday (August 28) in Venice, Italy. Other cast members to join were Emily Mortimer , who also co-wrote with Noah , as well as Riley Keough , Eve Hewson , Alba Rohrwacher , and Noah ‘s wife Greta Gerwig , who makes a cameo as the wife of Adam ‘s character.

As for George , he also stars in the film, but unfortunately, has been ill!
