If you live in London, you’ve probably noticed something by now. And that is this: jeans and flip-flops are everywhere. Even as summer cools down, they are still everywhere (the amount of flip-flops I’ve seen paddling around in the rain with some loose blue Levi’s jeans is beyond alarming. It’s like we’re all walking around barefoot, myself included).

Crucially, though, these jeans and flip-flops combos are often worn in a sort of minimalist, late ’90s slash early ’00s way, as opposed to a “taking the bins out” way.
