Many parents will have access to more free childcare starting next month under the expansion of a Government scheme.

Working parents of children aged between nine months and four years old will be eligible for 30 hours a week of Government-funded childcare during term time.

Currently, only 15 hours are funded for children aged between nine months and two-years-old.
