AN NFL quarterback has landed on a new team just days after being cut by the New York Giants.
The new addition will likely be a third string on his new franchise.
Tommy DeVito, 27, has joined the New England Patriots after his release from the New York Giants.
The "Italian Stallion" had become a fan favorite with the Giants, affectionately referred to as "Tommy Cutlets."
However, DeVito failed to make the Giants’ 53-man squad for 2025.
The franchise has Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston and rookie Jaxson Dart on the active roster.
Coach Brian Daboll said DeVito "did everything he was asked to do in training camp," but no franchise keeps four QBs.
