SALT LAKE CITY — Funeral services for Officer Eric Estrada and Sgt. Lee Sorensen are set for Thursday and Friday, with a public viewing scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.

The fallen officers have been hailed as heroes after they were tragically killed in the line of duty on Sunday, Aug. 17.

Community members have several opportunities to honor the two men in the coming days. Here’s information on services, viewing, a funeral procession and more:

Wednesday viewing at Bear River High

A public viewing for Estrada and Sorenson will take place at Bear River High School on Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the day before funeral services begin.
