BALTIMORE — Many Red Sox players were sitting at their lockers still in full uniform chatting and hanging out an half hour after a win over the Astros in Houston earlier this month.

Relievers hang out with position players, while rookies and veterans alike seek hitting advice from Alex Bregman . Star rookie Roman Anthony was sitting at Bregman’s locker chatting it up after a win Tuesday against the Orioles.

Manager Alex Cora also has stayed at the park longer than usual.

“I have caught myself full uni an hour and a half after games, like, ‘Oh, shoot, we’re back,’” Cora said before Boston’s 3-2 comeback win over the Orioles on Wednesday.
