BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Commerce has opened the application portal for the Global Talent Office Grant Program. This initiative supports employers and communities across North Dakota in recruiting, retaining and integrating New Americans and legal immigrants into the state’s workforce and communities, a release states.
