LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Drivers should expect delays on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County on Thursday.
According to PennDOT, there will be rolling roadblocks on I-81 North between the Route 80 Junction Exit and the Dorrance Exit from 1 p.m. until 6 a.m. Friday.
Officials say the roadblocks will be in place to allow new beams to be moved into position for the bridge replacement project near the Dorrance Exit.
The northbound Roadside Rest at mile-marker 156 will also be closed to trucks on Thursday from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. to stage the bridge beams.
