Healthy restaurant chain Sweetgreen is making its first expansion into Arizona with upcoming locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix later this fall.
According to a press release, the first restaurant will open at Scottsdale Quarter on Sept. 23 and the second location will be on Camelback Road later in the fall.
Sweetgreen will bring its chef-crafted salads, protein plates and warm bowls to the Valley of the Sun. The Scottsdale restaurant will accommodate up to 30 diners inside and 36 outside in its 2,515 square-foot space. Menu items include the Harvest Bowl, Crispy Rice Bowl, Hot Honey Chicken and Miso Glazed Salmon.
For every meal purchased on the Scottsdale Quarter location’s opening day, Sweetgreen will donate a meal to St. Mary’s Food Bank to help people struggling with food insecurit
